We've lived here for 6 months now. It's a clean, quiet, and delightful community. The buildings are older, but kept up really well. Heating was very affordable this winter. They let you garden in front of your unit which is a huge plus for me. Internet is fast. Water is good. Laundry facilities are newer and easy to access. It's great and the smell of cereal in the early morning is a Cedar Rapids experience I've really missed.
